The Squeezed Collective LLC
1. Ingredient Transparency & Allergy Protocol
Allergen Notice: Our beverages are prepared in a professional environment where common allergens, including citrus, nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten, may be present. While we follow strict sanitation protocols, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
Client Responsibility: The booking party is responsible for notifying guests of potential allergens. Any severe dietary restrictions must be communicated to us in writing at least 14 days prior to the service date.
Garnish Safety: Signature garnishes (candies, toppers, etc.) are food-grade but may pose a choking hazard. Consumption is at the guest's discretion.
2. Booking, Deposits, & Cancellations
Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. No event is officially scheduled until the deposit is received and the service agreement is executed.
Cancellation & Flexibility: We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may be billed for the full remaining balance to cover specialized procurement and preparation costs.
Commitment to Solutions: In the event of unforeseen scheduling conflicts, we will be flexible and work closely with you to explore rescheduling options or credit transfers whenever possible, subject to availability.
3. Mobile Trailer Operations & Site Requirements
Placement & Safety: The beverage trailer requires a flat, stable, and level surface. For the safety of our staff and guests, we reserve the right to refuse placement in areas deemed inaccessible or unstable. Once positioned, the trailer will not be moved for the duration of the event.
Power Requirements: The client is responsible for ensuring a dedicated power source is available within 50 feet of the trailer unless otherwise agreed upon. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by inadequate venue power.
Equipment Protection: The client assumes responsibility for any theft or damage to the trailer or equipment caused by event guests. A clear 10-foot perimeter must be maintained around the unit.
4. Accessibility & Accommodations
Commitment to Service: The Squeezed Collective is dedicated to providing an inclusive experience for all guests. If you or your guests require specific accessibility accommodations, including but not limited to alternative menu formats, or service adjustments, please notify us at least 14 days in advance. We will work collaboratively with you to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
5. Force Majeure & Weather
Unforeseeable Circumstances: The Squeezed Collective shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather (high winds, lightning, flooding), government mandates, or sudden infrastructure failure.
Inclement Weather: We operate rain or shine provided conditions remain safe. If extreme weather necessitates a service halt for safety reasons, the client remains responsible for the full contract amount.
6. Health & Quality Disclaimer
Unpasteurized Warning: Certain fresh-pressed components may be unpasteurized. Consuming unpasteurized juices may increase the risk of foodborne illness, particularly for individuals with compromised immune systems.
7. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Proprietary Formulations: All unique beverage recipes, custom flavor profiles, and menu names are the exclusive intellectual property of The Squeezed Collective.
Brand Assets: © 2026 The Squeezed Collective. All text, imagery, and logos are protected under United States Copyright Law.
Media Rights: We reserve the right to photograph our service setup for promotional purposes, unless a written privacy agreement is established prior to the event.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in their entirety.
